eclipse new JSP file The default character encoding is iso-8859-1, which is annoying and needs to be changed every time

<language= "java"  contentType= "text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"      pageencoding= "iso-8859-1"%>

To change the setup steps:

In Eclipse, click Window--->preference--->web---> click JSP files---> You can see that the default JSP file character encoding is iso-8859-1 (ISO Latin-1)

Set the encoding to ISO 10646/unicode (UTF-8) on the right, click OK to complete all the settings, create a new JSP type file, and find that the default character encoding has changed to UTF-8
