How does Debian start X? -- Debian information of the Linux release-the following is a detailed description. My gateway server uses Debian GNU linux5.0 and ntop traffic monitoring software. After I start the system, run the "root" command to enter the startx command. The system prompts that this command is unavailable.
Is my X platform not installed? (I am a newbie, so I am asking low-level questions.) How can I check whether X is installed? How should I install it if it is not installed? Give me some advice. I believe you are a master!
