$path = "//10.100.2.140/myshare/test.txt";
Var_dump (file_get_contents ($path));
The Windows environment is accessible, no problem. However, under Linux access can not be prompted failed to open stream:no such file or directory. The final shared directory is on another Windows machine. My shared directory test under Run Environment Linux windows can access but Linux does not.

This Windows-shared LAN address is unique to Windows
To access windows sharing in Linux, you need to mount the directory first, and find out what samba is for.
(also if the real file is already on this machine, why not directly access the local directory)
Check the path and permissions issues first
Machine name or ip/share name/path/file name
