Recently to help the product to add a Help system, from the design will be similar to GA navigation structure:
Requirements:
- Two-column navigation
- Support Search
- Support Chinese and English switching
I searched the Internet, as if I did not find a suitable open source help system, see someone said can use WordPress to build a, think can, but encountered a suffering:
Because the product's help document is in English and Chinese correspondence, I do not know whether WordPress to do in English switch. For example, Chinese people look at the Chinese help documents, foreigners look at the English documents.
I can think of a solution that:
Build two wordpress sites, with different domain names, one is Chinese content, one English content, and ensure that all documents in the URL are consistent.
But it is still more troublesome, so I would like to ask if there is a better way to achieve my needs?
Thank you!

Two sites I'm so in trouble!
I didn't do it, but I've been collecting this wiki. There are a few things about WP bilingual plugin: http://codex.wordpress.org/Multilingual_WordPress
I am looking for the way to do this: the same article post or the same, different language version of the body, crammed into the same post Postmeta data.
When accessing the URL, add parameters to determine the rendering page template and the language that provides the post body. For example: http://example.com/post/1.htm?lang=zh-cn
. Sets a default language that is not explicitly specified by default.
Supplement: Templates are available through the. Po/.mo language file, and then with the __()
function output language-specific text content, to achieve true is completely native to the internationalization and localization. Like WordPress Chinese version, WP that a few of the default theme has this practice, you can refer to.
You might consider using WPML plugins to implement multiple languages for your site.
