How to get started
First, we will give you some information to help beginners start learning the ADF and July 11g.
1. First of all, you have no doubt about the java language. You can refer to Thinking In Java or some of sun's Online Docs documents on the Internet.
2. When learning a language, you can use jdeveloper as a development tool to familiarize yourself with the coding/Debug/Syntax environment. Jdev also provides rich code templates, Automatic completion, and refactoring functions. For more information, see the IDE tutorial.
3. Next, you can start learning the ADF. Let's take a look at Getting Started Guides. Let's take a look at the white paper of this framework, know what this framework can do, and find some demos there.
4. Create a step by step tutorial and link to the document. Through this tutorial, you can understand the process of learning the ADF and have an initial impression. If you carefully read the instructions in each step, you will learn a lot of development details while doing this exercise. In addition, there are two in-depth learning tutorials, ADF Focused Tutorial and ADF Task Flow.

5. The next step will be painful. If you have completed all the training courses, whether you are studying yourself or taking ORACLE courses. Please read the completed development manual. The development manual will give you more in-depth knowledge about the ADF. For more information about oracle, see Quick Start Guide to Oracle Fusion Development, Oracle JDeveloper 11g Handbook, and Oracle Fusion Developer Guide. Of course, these books are charged, and they may be available for free on the Chinese Internet :)
6. If you go to step 6, you have a complete Foundation. However, when you really start to use the ADF and JDEV for development, you will have a lot of problems. These problems are not addressed by the above tutorials and books. In this case, you need JDeveloper and the ADF discussion forum. Or go to our OFMCLUB to find the answer. Of course, you can also find a lot of useful information about the ADF on google, such as some BLOG searchable ADF/JDeveloper blog repository.
The ADF Code Corner provides many problem solutions.
7. There are some experts on goolge to establish a discussion Group for Oracle ADF Enterprise Methodology Group. This article mainly discusses some advanced topics and best practices.
