Because the school uses a static IP address, first set the system static IP Address

1. Set the system IP address and MAC address (use the terminal root)
Ifconfig eth0 aaa: bbb: ccc: ddd
Ifconfig eth0 ether aa: bb: cc: dd: ee: ff

2. Set proxy service IP Address
Set the Proxy Server IP address and port number in the browser. For example, in Mozilla firefox, set steps: Edit> preferences> advanced> network> connection settings> manually set proxy
Enter the proxy IP address and port number.
