How to turn HTML into a Word file

There are two steps to putting an elephant in a refrigerator:

1. Convert HTML to PDF (library not much more): http://kitpdf.com/(online tool)

2. Convert PDF to Word document (this tool is also many): http://www.pdftoword.com/

HTML can be opened directly with Office Word or WPS

Try Pandoc?
