Form
Contains the area of the form element, the form element is the element that allows the user to enter information in the table consignments (text box, drop-down list, radio box, check box, etc.), using the <form> tag definition.
Text fields and Password fields

Passwords are replaced with dots.

Action Properties and Confirmation buttons
When the user clicks the Confirm button, the form contents are routed to another file, and the action properties of the form define the file name of the destination file, which processes the input data:

Through the frame, you can display more than one page under a window.
