Include directives for JSPs: static inclusions

The syntax for the include compiler directive is as follows:

<% @include file= "Relativeurlspec"%>

Best practice: If the embedded file often needs to be changed, it is recommended to use the dynamic include action directive because it is a dynamic include statement.

the meaning of static inclusions : Contains the code that the page will fully contain when it is compiled. That is, only one servlet's class file is generated.

Note: Static inclusions will also include the compilation instructions for the included pages, and if the compilation instructions for the two pages conflict, the page will be faulted.
