Check to add the source address in your version: (use the above address for Ubuntu 8.04, and use the following address for Ubuntu 7.1)

Save and exit
2. Run sudo apt-get update.
3. Terminal code execution:

4. Final installation: sudo aptitude install cairo-dock-plug-ins
OK, so that cairo-dock can be installed. You must enable the composite feature of compiz or Metacity during use.
