Go to "system-> Management-> Add/s software deletion" and search for flash-plugin. Choose to install the plug-in and import the GPG key or enter:
Su-c 'yum install flash-plugin'
Restart firefox and enter about: plugin in the address bar. (2) You should be able to see it in it.

Su-c 'yum remove totem-plugin plugin'
Su-c 'yum install mplayerin in'
Should you have installed an additional decoder?
