Install Lubuntu Software Center

This is a new project, a software center designed for LUbuntu, based on LXDE desktop. This project is still in its early stages of development, but you can browse various software categories, install or delete software, or view detailed software package information. This project is still in its early stages of development, but you can browse various software categories, install or delete software, or view detailed software package information. To install some applications, you must click "Add to the Apps Basket" and then click "Install.

Like the Ubuntu Software Center, the software center prompts you to install those dependent packages. You can select between the "Preferences" button of the above category and the "Beginner" or "expert" mode.

Install the Lubuntu Software Center and open the terminal and enter the following command:

Sudo add-apt-repository ppa: lubuntu-desktop/ppa

Sudo apt-get update

Sudo apt-get install lubuntu-software-center

After the installation is complete, open a terminal, enter lubuntu-software-center, and open the software center. If it cannot be opened, run the following command:

Leafpad ~ /. Config/lsc/LSC. ini

Delete the spaces in front of each line of the LSC. ini file.
