Install the phpgd Library in linux (centos)

Recently, a B2B website (Lamp installation tutorial) was built by a group of people. The website test images cannot be uploaded. after checking that the images have been uploaded successfully, this is because php has not enabled the php gd Library (php processes images after uploading images, and adds logos). well, I will build the gd Library:

Run: yum-y install php-gd

Failed, as shown below:

This is because there is no third-party yum source support, so I installed:

Wget http://www.atomicorp.com/installers/atomic

Run the command again, install it successfully, and test phpinfo (); still failed. the gd library was not found for half a day!

I found the installation path of the gd Library:/etc/php. d/gd. ini and found that the content is empty. no wonder, open the file and add this sentence:

Extension = gd. so

Restart the server service httpd restart and finally see the dear gd Library.

Aside: you don't need to write everything in php. in the ini file, you just need to set *. the INI file is written in/etc/php. d/Folder. The system will automatically put *. ini is read into php. ini; gd library files are stored in:/usr/lib/php/modules/gd. so
