Sudo add-apt-repository ppa: shutter/ppa1
2. Update the source and install shutter
Sudo apt-get update
Sudo apt-get install shutter1
3. Search shutter to see that the installation is successful.
2. Set the Shutter shortcut key
1. Enable system settings
2. Enable Keyboard settings
