This is the time to knock:apt-get update,
The purpose of this command is to synchronize the indexes of the sources listed in /etc/apt/sources.list and /etc/apt/sources.list.d , This will get you to the latest package.
After the update is complete, then knock the command:
Apt-get Install vim installation vim
apt-get Install Telnet installation telnet
apt-get install net-tools installation ifconfig
