Installation and Use of strawberry Perl

Most of the people who started using Perl in Windows use ActivePerl. But for those familiar with Perl programming in Linux, strawberry Perl will become more used to it. After all, the update of the ActivePerl ppm package is too slow. If you need to manually compile the CPAN package, you might as well use strawberry Perl!
Strawberry Perl is a version of the core Windows distribution of Perl in windows. It tries its best to maintain the Unix-like features of Perl on the Windows platform, ensuring maximum portability. Therefore, packages on CPAN can be easily compiled under strawberry Perl.
Strawberry Perl comes with the following packages:
* Perl 5.10
* Mingw gcc C/C ++ Compiler
* Dmake "make" tool
* Extutils: cbuilder and extutils: parsexs
* Bundle: CPAN (including Perl modules that largely eliminate the need for external helper programs like gzip and TAR)
