IOS Certificate making tips and configuration Considerations

Using the Apicloud platform to develop app business, first of all have to have a developer account and a variety of certificates, then cloud-compiled packaging official version, uploaded to the AppStore audit shelves. Generate Certsigningrequest File

, open the application--utilities--Keychain access

Make P12 Certificate

Then choose Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles,

Select certificates

, if it is a personal or company development certificate, select the app Store and ad hoc, if the enterprise certificate, then select in-house and ad hoc, click Continue to enter the next, click on the next page continue.

, select Choose File to select the previously generated certsigningrequest files, click Generate

, the CER certificate was created successfully, click Download to download the certificate locally, and then double-click the open Certificate

, locate the installed certificate in the keychain, right-click the mouse, and select Export certificate in the menu.

Specify the certificate name in the pop-up page, click Save, then enter the certificate password, click OK, generate the P12 format certificate.

Create App ID

, select App IDs on the left menu, then click the Add icon in the upper right corner, fill in the app ID description in the next page, select the explicit app ID in the app ID suffix bar, select the service function in app services, and if you need push function, Tick the push notifications entry and click Continue to proceed to the next step.

Click Submit on the new page and click Done to create the app ID successfully.

Add a test device

The App Store type Mobileprovision certificate generated by an individual or company account can only be installed on the jailbreak device before it is published to the App Store, and to be installed on a non-jailbroken phone, you need to add the device to the devices and generate the ad Hoc type Mobileprovision certificate.

Select the left menu below devices all, and in the right page click on the upper right corner to add an icon to the page shown:

Get Udid, open itunes, connect the device, find the serial number, then click Serial Number, the bar will become Udid, right click, copy Udid.

Go back to the Site page, enter name and get the Udid, click Continue to go to the next page, click Register on the next page, and finally click Done to add the device.

APP Store Type Certificate

, click on the left menu distribution, then click on the Add icon in the upper right corner of the right page, select App Store, click Continue to go to next

, select App ID, click Continue to go to next step

, select certificates, click Continue to enter the next step

Enter the certificate name, click Generate, go to the next step to complete the creation

Ad Hoc Type Certificate

For personal and corporate accounts, the Ad hoc type certificate can be installed on a non-jailbroken phone to debug. , select Ad Hoc, click Continue to enter the next step

, select App ID, click Continue to go to next step

, select certificates, click Continue to enter the next step

Select the device, then click Continue

Enter the certificate name, click Generate, go to the next step to complete the creation

Push Certificate Production

On the left menu, select production below certificates to enter the following interface:

Click the Add icon in the top right corner, go to the following page, select the content, click Continue to go to the next step

Select the corresponding AppID in the app ID bar, click Continue, and click on the next page continue

Select the previously generated certsigningrequest file and click Generate to enter the download screen

Click Download to download the certificate locally and double-click to install it in the keychain. For example, locate the certificate in the keychain, right-click on the certificate, select Export, then save As. p12 format file, enter the certificate password. At this point, the Create server-side P12 format Push certificate is complete.

Considerations for configuring Apicloud iOS certificates:

Need Mac OS, preferably real machine, I do not, installed virtual machine, version of Snow Leopard 10.2.4, version of the better.

To prepare the P12 certificate:
A according to my understanding, even if you develop multiple apps, just one.
b after the Web site generates the. cer file and downloads, double-click the Startup Keychain to import the certificate into login instead of the system.
C Right-click Export must choose the last P12 format, sometimes gray, multiple switch several times, do not delete and add, make sure that P12 can be selected.
D when exporting, you will be prompted to enter the certificate password, be sure to remember that the following apicloud need to fill in. (You may also need to enter the administrator password, don't confuse it)
The file is automatically saved with the P12 extension.

Preparing to move a certificate
A first to create a AppID, the most critical point AppID with the Apicloud provided by the package name to name

c i downloaded a file without an extension, and Apicloud must be imported according to their required extension, or error, so your extension is not the right to manually change
In conjunction with the foregoing, two certificates are prepared, and then the password for the package name (AppID) and P12 certificate is OK.
