Java programs are garbled when inserting data into MySQL

When inserting data into a database today, Chinese characters appear garbled in the database. There are various statements on the Internet, but for me, the ultimate solution to my problem is the following one!

• When creating a database, be aware of how to set the encoding.

CREATE   DATABASE   'database'     CHARACTER      SET'       COLLATE    "

• When building a table, be careful to set the encoding method.

CREATE TABLE' table1 ' (' Id ')int( One) not NULLauto_increment, ' name 'Char( +)DEFAULT NULLCOMMENT'entry',   PRIMARY KEY(' Id ')) ENGINE=InnoDBDEFAULTCHARSET=UTF8 COMMENT='Entry Form';

• When setting the URL, pay attention to setting the encoding method, the following settings:

Jdbc:mysql://127.0. 0.1:3306/Baidubaike?seunicode=true&characterencoding= UTF8

This will solve my problem! Simple, but not necessarily suitable for most of our friends!
