JavaScript code used to determine whether the browser supports SVG

Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) is a format used to describe two-dimensional Vector Graphics based on the Extensible Markup Language (XML. SVG is an open standard developed by W3C. SVG is also short for Static Var Generator Static reactive power Generator.

IE8 does not support SVG. Therefore, when the legend horizontal position is set for the Highcharts chart, the same x value is set. The display effect of Chrome and IE is different. Therefore, you must determine whether the browser supports SVG and set different x values based on different results.
