I. Using split () to intercept a string

Description: The split () function returns an array of strings, where the characters that need to be intercepted are decomposed in the string. So we need to get the values in the returned array when we call the intercept results.

Example: Get the user's mailbox user name based on the email address

var Mail=document.getelementbyid ("Mail");. Value.tostring ();//Get the user's email address

var username=mail.split ("@");//Get the user name before the character ' @ '

document.getElementById ("Mail");. value=username[0];//Getting control values

Two. Use regular expressions to remove spaces from a string

/ * How to remove the trailing spaces */

function Trim (str)

{

var re=/^\s*/g;

Str=str.replace (Re, "");

return str;

}

/* method of removing all spaces in a string */

function AllTrim (str) {

var re=/\s/g;

Str=str.replace (Re, "");

return str;

}
