3. The development of the SailFish system involves three phases:
- For products with full control over Jolla brand systems, hardware, and applications, some products are similar to Google's Nexus, but they are more demanding than Nexus.

- Native applications developed based on the Qt platform.

At the same time, Mr. Wu explained his understanding about the impact of Symbian and Meego:
1. For the disappearance of Symbian, he gave a very simple example. In the past, the Symbian system switched language needed to be restarted, because Europeans cannot understand how much Symbian developers know about the Chinese market needs can be seen using two completely different languages in the same input box ).
2. Nokia gave up Meego because Nokia wanted Meego to replace Symbian and create an ecosystem with full control, including applications, which was hard to start from scratch. After taking over Jolla, the idea is more open. First, SailFish is used as an open and compatible Android application platform, and second, it can be used by other vendors.
Finally speaking of Jolla and Xiaomi, "both advantages and disadvantages are obvious. Xiaomi has a good team, funds, and a good marketing and leader, Lei Jun. But we have a completely controlled platform, you can do any customization and development, while MIUI is always developed based on Android." Said Mr. Wu.

From the product perspective, SailFish solves the previous problems of Meego, becomes more open, and features are enhanced and improved. It is also a new platform with personality and ease of acceptance. It has the potential to expand in the market, but the core problems it faces are still "new". Because it is new, users do not know you, the scale of applications is very small, and products are not available yet, jolla mobile phone and SailFish are currently the most lacking in powerful promotion, and Mr. Wu also said that they are inferior to Xiaomi.
