Finally found:

Class= "Weixintop" of the Div, the class= "Guanzhu" where the layer is obscured, resulting in a mouse-like effect, after the move out, weixintop hidden, and the equivalent of moving into the guanzhu,weixintop display. So repeated.

Workaround:

Adjust the div position of the class= "Weixintop"
