Jsvalidtion error: JavaScript Validation framework runtime error typeerror: Undefined any running error

Check the following items:

1. The validation-config.xml, validation-framework.js, validation-confi.dtd these three files are copied to the root directory of the website, you can first create a directory such as JS storage. 2. In the validation-framework.js 21st line changed to "/webprojectname/JS/", a few diagonal lines can not be less. 3. The javascript code in the HTML page that calls the Verification MethodCodeIt should be written like this: <script language = "JavaScript" src = "/webprojectname/JS/validation-framework.js"> </SCRIPT>. The front slash cannot be missed.

If this setting does not work, try IE browser. That's how I solve it.

Modify the Validation-config.xml to gbk in the UTF-8 file as follows: <? XML version = "1.0" encoding = "GBK"?>
