Debugging is to enable the ups to run properly at startup. The specific content of various types of USP to be debugged is different, but the tests that must be performed generally include the following content.
I. Preparations before debugging
1. tools used for debugging
Tools used for debugging include multimeter, internal resistance tester for battery, electric tester, and phase table.
(1) multimeter: used to detect voltage.
(2) battery internal resistance tester: used to detect whether the battery is good.
(3) phase table: used to detect the three-phase voltage phase.
(4) electric tester: used to detect whether the input harmonic component is up to standard and whether there is interruption during conversion.
2. Check Before debugging
Note: Before the check, all switches or contactor are disconnected, and the voltage is not added to the input end.
1) power supply circuit check
(1) Check the AC input terminal.
(2) Check the bypass input terminal.
(3) Check the DC input terminal.
(4) Check the AC output terminal.
(5) Confirm that the ground connection is in good condition.
Check whether the line connection is normal and whether there is a short circuit. Use the Ohm block of the multimeter to check whether the input cart (line-line, line-ground, line-zero) is normal, whether there is short circuit or insulation.
Note: Do not use a shaker to measure insulation.
2) control circuit check
(1) check whether the control terminal is on the correct socket.
(2) Check the jumper of each board to make it conform to the requirements of the local machine.
