Auth required pam_wheel.so use_uid group = admin

First, create an admin group.
# Addgroup admin
Add users that can use the su command to the admin group, for example, test, test2; test is the admin group, and test2 does not belong to the admin group.
# Usermod-G admin test
After the preceding settings, only user test uses the su command, but test2 does not. You cannot use su to switch to another user.
