Linux USB flash drives cannot be detached

After mounting a practical USB flash drive, the operation IS complete and you want to UMOUNT and then unplug the USB flash drive. However, umount is always unavailable and device is busy is always displayed, make sure there is no window to operate or tour the USB flash disk mount point.

There are two methods:

I. 1. # fuser-m/mnt/usb (the usb flash drive you mounted) Find the process of the program and kill it.

Kill-9 pid

2. # umount/mnt/usb

You can.

2. You can force umount

# Umount-f/mnt/usb

It forces umout.
