Linuxvim does not support syntaxon

Linuxvim does not support syntaxon-Debian information for the Linux release. The following is a detailed description. In debian, the vi command points to the old version of vi instead of vim, and vim does not enable syntax highlighting by default. It seems uncomfortable.

Start repair

# Vi vimrc
