MYSQL 5.7 Failed to start (Could not open error log file errno 2)

The first two days of computer poisoning, the virus seems to have MySQL log.err files to delete. Then the service never starts: Could not open error log file errno 2.

Then crazy Baidu, the search results are mostly not my case, only a small part of the same as my situation.
