I have been using MySQL database for a long time, so I always feel that the installation of MySQL is extremely easy, but because of the recent need to reinstall MySQL suddenly found a lot of problems (a little face). It turns out that it is still necessary to keep a record. In this I summed up the online method and my own summary.

If you start the MySQL service report above error:
1. Locate the MySQL installation directory, rename its configuration file My.default.ini to My.ini, and move My.ini to the bin directory.
2. Start the command line and switch the directory to the bin directory of the MySQL installation directory.
3. Next, execute the command at the command line: Mysqld--initialize--user=mysql–console.
4. Note that the previous step will get a temporary password (the string behind localhost) that needs to be recorded and then used.
5. Next, in the console, enter: Mysqld--install on the command line to perform the installation service operation. If you want to uninstall the service, you can enter the following command: Mysqld–remove.
6. After that, control Panel, all Control Panel items, management tools, services, start the MySQL service.
7. After that, enter the command line mysql-uroot–p (this command means to log in to MySQL using a blank password, and if successful you will see a hint like mysql>), you can log in to the database successfully using the previous temporary password entry.
8. Modify the temporary password, set the password: mysqladmin-u user-p password Password, note that USER and password are the values of the account and password you want to define the database login.

Navicat Connection Database, if the above error occurs:
- Close the MySQL database you are running now and close the MySQL server;
- Enter the CMD command-line window, enter the root directory of MySQL D:\soft\mysql-5.7.20-winx64\bin, enter mysqld--skip-grant-tables in the back, and then return to the. (This command starts the database from Safe mode)
- After the second step, the cmd window will appear with a small cursor, and then there is no hint to pop out, which means that your database has been started.
- Re-open a cmd window, also go to the root directory of MySQL, enter Mysql–u root–p (this command is to log in with a blank password) Enter, jump out of a line enter password: Fill in your password (if not set, the default blank), enter.
5. Re-open the Navicat, connect to the database is OK.
In fact, the following problem with the above can also be solved.
