MYSQL WorkBench Import SQL file garbled in Chinese

Import the SQL file in Workbench.

View the encoding of the system.

The following warning appears when importing SQL files. But the file is UTF-8. Due to the inclusion of Chinese, the use of Latin1 encoding will appear garbled.

Select UTF-8, error occurred.

For some reason, the SQL file is converted to UTF-8 encoded format or the above error occurs.

Finally, create a new database on the command line and import the SQL file. Check, garbled problem solved.
