Downloading and using MySQLTuner is actually a very simple process:

Wget mysqltuner. pl
Perl mysqltuner. pl

If you 'd rather not invoke perl every time, just make it executable:

Chmod u + x mysqltuner. pl
./Mysqltuner. pl
