Often we have some Web applications that do some initialization when the site is first accessed, such as loading data into the cache.

If a user is unfortunate enough to be the first visitor, he may feel that the site is slow, now that the ASP. NET 4.0 iis7.0/7.5 environment provides automatic preheating, which is equivalent to the system automatically acting as the first visitor, although it is only a small detail, but for the user experience, is a good improvement.

Open IIS 7.5 applicationhost.config file (C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\config\applicationHost.config), in < applicationpools> Add a startmode= "alwaysrunning" property:
