PHP array_intersect () function Use example

Source: Internet
Author: User

The Array_intersect () function is used to compare the key values of two (or more) arrays and return the intersection. The function compares the key values of two (or more) arrays and returns an array of intersections that contain all the key values in the array being compared (array1), as well as in any other parameter array (array2 or array3, and so on).

Array Array_intersect (array array1, array array2 [, array ...])

Here's an example from the manual:

<?php $array 1 = Array ("A" = "green", "Red", "blue"); $array 2 = Array ("b" = "green", "yellow", "red"); $result = Array_intersect ($array 1, $array 2); Print_r ($result);?>

The output results are as follows:

Array ([A] = green [0] = + red)
