You should make sure you have these time zones first.
With the Linux command, if CentOS can look at the time zone this way:

[root@localhost ~]# timedatectl list-timezones | grep ShanghaiAsia/Shanghai[root@localhost ~]# timedatectl list-timezones | grep beijing

Without Beijing, that was set to Asia/shanghai.

In the php.ini file you set date.timezone = PRC, restart Apache or nginx can be resolved, has been tested, thank you for adoption
