Pig-0.9.2 pseudo distribution configuration in Ubuntu

Bytes ~ /. Bashrc and restart the terminal exportPIG_HOME =/home/ckl/ha

Http://mirror.bit.edu.cn/apache/pig/pig-0.9.2/pig-0.9.2.tar.gz

1. decompress the package to a directory. Here I am tar xzvf pig-0.9.2.tar.gz $ Hadoop_INSTALL/

2. Rename mv pig-0.9.2 pig

3. Configuration ~ /. Bashrc and restart the terminal

Export PIG_HOME =/home/ckl/hadoop-0.20.2/pig
Export PIG_CLASSPATH =/home/ckl/hadoop-0.20.2/conf
Export PATH = $ PATH: $ PIG_HOME/bin

4. Test the local mode.

Pig-x local

5. Input pig and ls
