Create a new app with SBT
If you have already installed SBT 0.13.13+, you can use SBT new to create a play project using the minimized Giter8 template (like a MAVEN prototype).
If you use Windows, use Sbt.bat
This seed template has been configured over CSRF and security protocol header filtering, other items are not explicitly this

Java Users:

Once created, it's good to go into the project SBT run and wait for it to automatically download the relevant package to access the first project.
