Problems with installing software in linux

For linux software installation problems-general Linux technology-Linux technology and application information, see the following for details. Why do I always receive the following prompt when installing the software:

Why didn't gcc be installed?

But I downloaded gcc-4.1.0.tar.bz2 uncompress the gcc-4.1.0 and then execute the following command and prompt, who knows where I got wrong
