Questions about debian4.0r4aADSL Internet access

For more information, see Debian. I have been using ubuntu for the past two days. I have to pick up this post and ask experts again.

1/after I installed DEBIAN (using CD1), I did not integrate PPPOECONF (the installation method is hard disk installation without a CD)
2/I need to access the Internet through ADSL and install PPPOECONF (the system that can be first installed is not integrated)
3. The installation file is ISO, and the F Disk Under WIN is named DEBIAN4.iso.

How can I install PPPOECONF and set the Internet connection? Thank you.
