"Format Factory" compresses large video files into a comparable file for mobile phone playback

1.Setting Output Options

1. Open the Format factory and select [Mobile device]

2. Select the MP4 480p AVC format, where you can set the next audio stream to lower [sample rate] and [bit rate] under normal audio conditions.
