Enter MySQL at the command line (if the prompt is not an external or internal instruction, add the bin directory under the MySQL server file to the path of the system paths)

1. Log in with root privileges

2, mysql> select User,host from Mysql.user;

3, mysql> delete from mysql.user where user= ';
