Rapidxml reading UTF-8 format xml garbled problem (UTF-8 format to GBK), rapidxmlutf-8

1. I use the rapidxml file to read xml in UTF-8 format, but garbled characters are displayed. We need to convert the read content to GBK format to display it normally.
