First step: Build the project skeleton

$ Rails _4.1.6_ New Toy_app

Step Two: Modify Gemfile

Step three: Install the gem

$ bundle Install--without production

Fourth step: Add the app to the GIT version control system

$ git init

$ git add-a

$ git commit-m "Initialize repository"

Fifth step: Push the code to the remote repository

$ Git push-u origin--all

Sixth step: Modify the code, submit the changes

$ git commit-am "Add Hello"

Seventh step: Push the project to Heroku
