Solve Chinese garbled characters in Linux scripts

2. ensure that the script file (containing Chinese content) is UTF-8 encoded. after vi is included, run: set fileencoding to view the file. if not, convert the file.


3. send an email in the script. use the sendEmail program with the-o message-charset = utf-8 parameter.
