Solve the conflict between Audacious and SMplayer-Linux general technology-Linux technology and application information. The following is a detailed description. Friends who have used Audacious may find that when they have started Audacious (maybe other music players will do the same, if you use a player such as SMplayer to play a video (in theory, the same is true for playing music), the video will remain stuck. You need to log on again to use the video normally, which is very troublesome.
How can this problem be solved? I searched for the problem yesterday and couldn't find a specific solution. I just heard that it was an audio output driver problem. I opened the SMplayer setting interface, the default audio output seems to be pulse (I don't know if I remember it correctly). I want to change it to alsa with a little hope, and then enable Audacious to play the music and play the video with SMplayer, the problem is fixed!
In this case, I then simply changed all the Sound output in System-Preferences-Sound (My ubuntu in the English interface) to alsa to prevent this kind of thing from happening again.
