Solution:

1. use the chcon command

Example: chcon-t texrel_shlib_t/usr/local/Zend/lib/Optimizer-3.3.3/php-5.2.x/Zendoptimizer. so

2. disable SELinux

Change the content of the/etc/sysconfig/selinux file to SELINUX = disabled.
