Using JMeter to test the WebService interface can be done with SOAPUI.

1, Soapui inside the operation:

The WSDL file or link is imported or added to Soapui to open the pending request, run the request, fetch the URL soapaction, the message.

2, JMeter inside the operation:

Add Soap/xml-rpc rquest to the thread group, right-click the thread group to add->sampler->soap/xml-rpc rquest

Paste the information obtained from SOAPUI to the appropriate location

Send a request and view the results
