The design of retweet function

Title, suppose I have a few tables

tweets    id    user_id    text    created_atretweets    tweet_id    user_id    created_atusers    id    ...friendships    ...

The table friendships contains my following user and followed my user relationship, retweet represents the forwarded tweet and the user relationship, how to achieve the following requirements

1. My retweet needs to be shown on the timeline of those who follow me.
2. And the timing of this tweet on the timeline of my followers needs to be at my retweet time, not the original tweet time.
3. Do not change the table design. For example, merge retweet with tweets, add a field such as parent_id.
