The server can connect successfully, but in the browser cannot open any Web site, this problem is usually installed what software caused by IE settings made changes or the server is caused by the virus, or the server's DNS settings is wrong.

First, check the server DNS is correct

Server DNS is its own to resolve the domain name, if the DNS error, the server can not resolve the domain name, then the server can not access the site.
