I have read an interesting article from Kevin Pang that may be very old but very good: Every programmer should know the top 10 programming sayings.
Kevin gave us 10 programming sayings that every programmer must know based on his point of view.
It can be seen that this is a good motto, and below is my favorite programming motto.
- Keep It Simple (Keep It Simple Stupid)
- Don't copy Yourself (Don't Repeat Yourself)
- Competent people solve the problem. Smart people bypass problems (A clever person solves a problem. A wise person avoids it)-stein Stein
- Silence will be understood as approval (Silence is construed as approval) (Picked from Kevin blog)
- There will be no smoke without fire (There is no smoke without fire)
- Think about it first, then Program (Think first, Program later)
- Never assume that the computer assumes any premise for you (Never assume the computer assumes anything)
Do you have any favorite programming motto? What are them?
