The following are the details of the parameters:
- An integer minutesvalue:0 to 59, representing the minute
- An integer secondsvalue:0 to 59, representing the second. If you specify the Secondsvalue parameter, you must also specify the Minutesvalue
- Msvalue: A number between 0 and 999, representing milliseconds. If you specify the Msvalue parameter, you must also specify Minutesvalue and Secondsvalue
If you do not specify Secondsvalue and Msvalue parameters, the values returned from Getseconds and the Getmilliseconds method are used
